This is a Photo Graph

Etymologically, photography is the writing of the light.
But, just like writing with lemon juice, we can’t see it before doing some extra procedure on it. With pen and lemon juice, we have to heat the paper; with photography, we have to use some chemistry procedure, as developing it, or some physical procedure, as opening a file in digital.
Either way, it is no longer the writing of the light but the result of what we do after the act of pressing the shutter release.
Being so, where is the line that we may (or shouldn’t) cross and where a photo may become something else than a photo?
